Darren & Georgie are a very pleasant duo with plenty of knowledge, patience and suggestions. I now have a new front door which does not rattle in the wind! Nigel and Alex carried out the fitting efficiently and cleaned up at the end, they were also a pleasure to have around. On delivery the incorrect glass arrived but immediately this was reordered and fitted a couple of weeks later with no problem, and with instant apologies from Georgie. I have also used them to carry out a repair needed on a 15 year old PVC French window, again completed with speed and efficiency. Certainly would recommend this company as they are a small, reliable local family concern, and they always return phone calls and emails immediately. Thank you

Spending the money on a new conservatory roof is always a dilemma. In the circumstances some would say the expense was way over-due. Our conservatory looked quite sound, good solid foundations, low wall and good double-glazed windows. However the roof, now that was something else. It looked good, but was of home construction with Polycarbonate roofing panels. Yes far too hot in the summer, and extremely cold and damp in the winter……..and it leaked. TWR had the answer. A Guardian roof. Ask TWR to show you one. They have done lots. We had a look at one in Blandford Forum. The house owners showed us round, explained how TWR made the transformation to their conservatory in less than a week. We placed our order that same day. TWR were true to their word……from arriving on site to finished construction was less than 4 days. The Plasterer arrived on day 5, and the Electrician on day 6 ……all within the price and as quoted. The new Guardian Roof arrives on site in what looks like a giant Lego set. The old roof is ripped off and the new goes on. We were water-tight again within the first day. There is one thing you should know. These chaps, very competent chaps, drink lots of tea and coffee, and you will have to keep the biscuit barrel topped up. However, they know their job and made sure at every stage that we were happy. They even cleaned up, inside and out, after every day. Give TWR a ring. Buy yourself a new room. Budget in the tea and biscuits. You won’t be disappointed

Your chaps were very neat and tidy. I didn't have to do any cleaning after they had left. The new doors look lovely and are much smoother than the old ones which were very stiff to open.
